Description
"Camgun" is a sculpture that touches the line between a camera and a machine gun. It is a series of assemblages of wooden rifles and found film rolls and reels. This artwork also reflects Francis Alÿs' position as a chronicler of the violence of life in the Mexican capital and connects the shooting of images to the shooting of bullets.
